Each babybottle must meet our strict standards for workmanship and design. Our highly-trained production staff then artfully customizes each bottle to your specifications. And before any babybottle ships from our facility, it must pass a final inspection for quality and accuracy. Trendgifts stands behind the quality of every product we sell.
If your order it is not 100% free from defects in materials and workmanship, you may return it in new condition and in its original packaging for a prompt credit, exchange or full refund. Please contact us by mail if you have a question about a return or exchange.
All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of receipt. Personalized items cannot be returned for reasons other than defects in materials or workmanship.
We give to all our customer a life-long guarantee on the product „Baby bottle with name and birthday” with reference to the durability of the hard bonding of the inscription on the glass. You have therefore a life-long right to return the goods and receive refund of the purchase price (excluding the eventual shipping costs) from us, if the inscription should loosen from the bottle or the glass. The shipping costs to us are carried by you. This guarantee does not apply for the chipping of the inscription due to misuse.
We guarantee that the product „Baby bottle with name and birthday” is cooking and fire resistant up to 220 degrees Fahrenheit and suitable for washing in a dish-washing machine. With authorized reclamations, you have the right to return the bottle and will be refunded the purchase price (excluding the eventual shipping costs). The shipping costs to us will be carried by you.
